We are both developers and architects on this project to restore an under-ulitized property to its historical pedestrian-oriented configuration. This property is at the heart of a neighborhood business district but was turned into an asphalt parking lot in the 1970s. Our goal is to transform it into a high-density, mixed-use building with pedestrian-oriented commercial spaces integrated with mixed-income apartments on the upper floors.

The brick facade will fit into the existing streetscape and have integrated public artwork. The building’s energy-efficient envelope and heating-ventilation systems will minimize occupant resource use and carbon emissions.
